On a scale from ‘comatose’(cold) to ‘very anxiously engaged’ (hot) what would my spiritual temperature read? Do I actively seek a daily a closer relationship with Heavenly Father or am I too wrapped up in worthwhile (or less than …) pursuits of no eternal value? Is my spirit on an upward path or do I basically leave spiritual sustenance for Sunday only? Do I strive to pattern my life after my exemplar Jesus Christ or do I often find myself longing to achieve the place, status or fame of worldly examples? I remember… if I don’t feel now as I did during times when Christ was close, I have moved… He’s always there. He has multiple tools for me to regain that lost spiritual temperature. I can start (again…?) with ‘knee work’. kdm 4.19.15
