wanted – your inspiring stories

A few weeks ago I spoke with my administrator, Bill, suggesting that perhaps it was time to look at closing this blog site. It was at a time when I was still feeling the effects of a recent illness and perhaps not thinking clearly. He expressed that the site has much that is good and worthwhile but he also gave me suggestions on what might make it better. He felt the audience could be expanded. Another suggestion was more contributors. That in combination with what Elder Dallin H. Oaks said in his Conference talk this afternoon, Saturday Oct 1, 2016, paraphrased; that we need to enhance that which is already in place to make it better and more effective, leads me to a proposal for you, my audience.

Twice a week is about all I can keep up with now it terms of creativity. Yet there are many of your lives that have great things to share that would be of the same or greater benefit to others. I invite you to share your experiences that could benefit others. A guideline: What has influenced you to draw closer to God and live a more Christ centered life / focus, or how have you handled life’s challenges with God as part of the solution.

Editing would happen as needed for clarity and so as not to have grammatics / spelling errors distract from the theme and thoughts given. If adjustments are needed in the text, if something doesn’t seem to make sense the submission may be returned with suggestions. And of course, there is no guarantee that a submission will be used.

September 29th post (the one before this) from my daughter, Klea, was longer than most posts should be for this forum, but obviously still acceptable.
