Becky and I (had) the sweet opportunity to travel with Stake leaders to Ward Conferences. Powerful insights are shared which I’ll pass on as appropriate.
Last Sunday a Bishop shared an insight arising out of his concern that some of his flock are seeking answers to prayer yet fail to show up for key sources that could yield those answers: He said, “You never know what you will hear in your church meetings (through teachers and under influence of the Spirit there) that will change your life and your eternity.” His concern was not only for those who don’t attend church on Sunday, but also for those who are in the building socializing instead of actively participating in classes prepared for them. kdm
