The discipline needed, for those strong families and Spirit-filled homes, comes in many ways and include following scripture, counsel from our leaders and earnest prayer. Together, those three are a ‘revelation package’. Leave one out and we are one third disadvantaged in sources of revelation God has given us. The ‘one third math’ equates to another principle… In our home, before this life, one third of our heavenly siblings were cast out with Satan, due to rebellion. In our family life, children here and now, it’s not unusual to have a third (or more) out of harmony with our righteous desires for them (they seem to take turns). We should not be too hard on oursleves or them. Just stay on the path suggested by our leaders and time will work the miracle. In the process we also grow. kdm
