Interesting day yesterday. Had an unsettling even controversial attitude, spirit about me…and that’s the key. When I look at the negative incidents of the day, I had given control of my thoughts more to the adversary. I must remember that once he gains ANY sort of ‘ground’ on (in?) me he is extremely focused to retain that space. The more I listen to his ‘nattering’ the more ground he takes… the harder it becomes for me to acknowledge what is happening and force him out. kdm
